You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received the item in and your item must be in the original packaging. Any hologram stickers removed from merchandise or COA cards will void refunds or exchanges. Additionally all returnable items must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund from your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 business days depending on your card issuer's policies. Credit will not be issued for goods that were returned damaged or could be subject up to at least a 30% restocking fee. Also, if your package is lost or damaged in transit Whitney Collectibles is NOT responsible for a filing lost or damaged claim with the carrier. The customer must contact the carrier and file a claim.
Certificate Of Authenticity:
A Certificate of Authenticity is a document provided by several trusted sources that verifies the authenticity of an item. Items can be viewed at the company's website listed on the verification sticker on the item or on a COA Card provided.
Are NON-Refundable purchases.
Cannot be combined with sales discounts.
Convention & Pop ups:
All items are final sales during any pop-up locations or conventions.
